At orlenthavia, we believe in the value of what we teach. But we also know that sometimes life throws unexpected challenges your way, or a program just doesn't click the way you hoped it would.
We've built this policy to be fair and straightforward. No hidden clauses. No jumping through hoops. Just honest guidelines that protect both your investment and our ability to deliver quality education.
Full Refund Eligibility
- Request submitted within 14 days of enrollment
- Less than 20% of course content accessed
- No completion certificates issued
- Request made in writing via email
- Valid proof of enrollment provided
Partial Refund Scenarios
- 15-30 days after enrollment (50% refund)
- Between 20-40% content completion
- Technical issues documented and unresolved
- Medical or family emergency circumstances
- Subject to administrative review

Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks sometimes take a few extra days on their end, which is beyond our control.
Common Refund Situations
Changed Your Mind Early
Within the first two weeks and barely started the content? That's exactly what our 14-day window covers. Full refund, no questions asked.
Technical Problems
If platform issues prevent you from accessing course materials and we can't fix them quickly, we'll work out a fair solution including potential refunds.
Life Gets in the Way
Medical emergencies, family situations, unexpected job changes—we get it. Document your circumstances and we'll review each case individually.
Course Not as Described
If the program content significantly differs from what we advertised, that's on us. We'll make it right with a refund or alternative solution.
Duplicate Enrollment
Accidentally signed up twice? It happens more than you'd think. We'll refund the duplicate charge immediately once verified.
After 30 Days
Beyond 30 days, refunds aren't typically available. But if you've got truly exceptional circumstances, reach out anyway—we'll listen.

Credit and Debit Cards
- Refunds return to the original card used
- Processing takes 7-10 business days
- Your bank may need additional time to post

- Contact us if card has since expired
Bank Transfers and Other Methods
- Direct bank transfers process within 5-7 days
- We'll need your current banking details
- International transfers may incur fees
- PayPal refunds appear within 3-5 days
- Payment plan refunds calculated proportionally
Important Things to Know
- Downloadable materials and certificates void refund eligibility once accessed or issued
- Promotional discounts and special offers are factored into refund calculations
- Group enrollment refunds require coordinator approval and follow separate guidelines
- Payment plans receive prorated refunds based on completed installments and content accessed
- Corporate or business enrollments may have custom refund terms outlined in separate agreements
- Refund decisions are final but can be appealed with new supporting documentation
