Build Financial Confidence That Actually Sticks
Most business owners know they should understand their numbers better. But between spreadsheets that confuse more than clarify and advice that assumes you already know the basics, it's easy to feel lost. Our program starts where you are—not where some textbook thinks you should be.

Real Skills for Running Your Business
We've seen too many people muddle through with half-understood concepts. Cash flow, profit margins, working capital—these aren't mysterious. They're just poorly explained most of the time. Our six-month program breaks down what you actually need to know, taught by people who've been in the trenches.
- Weekly live sessions where you can ask questions without feeling silly
- Practical exercises using real business scenarios, not theoretical nonsense
- Access to templates and tools you'll actually use after the program ends
- Small cohorts so you're not just another face in a crowd
No Jargon. No Assumptions. Just Clarity.
Here's what bothers us about most finance education: it either dumps you into complex terminology without building foundations, or it talks down to you like you've never run a business before. Neither works.
We start with your current understanding and build from there. If you've been winging it with QuickBooks and a prayer, that's fine. If you already know some basics but want to sharpen specific skills, that works too. The program adapts based on where each cohort actually needs help.
Next intake begins September 2025. Applications open in July. We keep groups to 15 participants maximum because meaningful learning doesn't happen in lecture halls of 200 people.

Balance sheets and P&L reports that make sense. Spotting problems before they become crises.

Working with your accountant more effectively. Understanding deductions and timing without needing a law degree.

What Past Participants Say
Real feedback from people who've completed the program.
Declan Voss
Design Studio Owner
"I'd been running my studio for four years but still felt like I was guessing at pricing. The program helped me understand my actual costs and margins. Now I quote jobs with confidence instead of hoping I got the numbers right."
Linnea Bergstrom
Retail Business Owner
"The small group format made all the difference. I could ask questions specific to retail without feeling like I was slowing everyone down. And the instructor knew the industry well enough to give practical answers."
Siobhan Byrne
Consulting Firm Director
"Best part was learning to build forecasts that actually help with decisions. I used to dread financial planning meetings. Now I walk in prepared with scenarios and data that mean something."
